The Tarrant Athletic Complex is an active park with four baseball and softball fields, a walking track and a playground. It is located on a 22 1/2-acre former swamp at the end of Clow Road in the Ketona section of Tarrant.

In February 2010, the high school baseball field at the complex was named in honor of retiring superintendent of the Tarrant Parks and Recreation Department Tippy Smith.
