Graymont Avenue is a major street in western Birmingham, splitting off of 5th Avenue North just west of I-65 in Smithfield, through Graymont, and then through most of Bush Hills, where it continues as Pike Road.

The avenue was used by the Birmingham-Tidewater Railway in 1913. That line became the No. 27 Ensley No. 38 South East Lake streetcar line, and was replaced after 1938 by the No. 7 Wylam-Bush Hills streetcar line. Graymont Avenue is presently served by MAX Transit Route 38.
