The Peoples' Drug building is a two-story commercial building located on the northeast corner of Block 88, or the southwest corner of the intersection of 3rd Avenue North and 18th Street.

In the early 20th century, the building was home the People's Drug Compnay, with several Black-owned businesses and professional offices housed on the upper floor.
