This article is about the 1-story 1930s commercial building. For other uses, see Magnolia Point (disambiguation).

Magnolia Point is a 5,262 square-foot, one-story commercial building constructed in the 1930s on the northwest corner of the intersection of Magnolia Avenue / 10th Avenue South and 23rd Street South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.

The style of the brick building reflects that of the earlier Magnolia Point Building across Magnolia Avenue. In later decades the brick was painted and the storefront openings were filled with framed partitions clad in wood siding. A projecting mansard roof with asphalt shingles was also constructed, obscuring the cornice.

In January 2021, Michael Mouron of Capstone Real Estate Investments acquired the property for $360,000 from Norman Webster's Magnolia Properties. He plans to renovate the building by restoring its original exterior appearance, with hopes of attracting tenants— likely bars or nightclubs, which could share the parking lot between it and the 2200 Magnolia Avenue, which houses his Retail Specialists and Retail Strategies offices, along with Bayer Properties. In April 2022 the developers secured a zoning change from "B-1 Neighborhood Business District" to "MU-D Mixed-Use Downtown". Brittany Foley of Williams Blackstock Architects and Taylor Schoel of Schoel Engineering contributed to the design of the redevelopment.

In October 2023 it was announced that Mouron and his wife would open a casual restaurant, also named Magnolia Point in the building, to be developed and operated by the Pihakis Restaurant Group.

In 2024 Capstone Real Estate Investments commissioned Marcus Fetch and Dewon Moton to paint a mural honoring "Birmingham's Batman" Willie Perry on the north side of the renovated building.
