Magnolia Point is a neighborhood commercial center located on the 2200 block of Magnolia Avenue, between 22nd and 23rd Street South in Birmingham's Southside neighborhood, east of Magnolia Park.

The area was developed by the Magnolia Land Company.

The name was familiar by at least 1914, when the Robinson-Lee Drug Co. indicated it as their business location in advertisements.

From 1941 to 2021 the intersection was near the southwest corner of the Southtown Court public housing project.
