Meadow Brook 1100, also called the Aliant Center and Valley National Bank Building, is a 25,235 square-foot, 4-story office building on a 2.7-acre site at 1100 Corporate Parkway, at the intersection of Meadow Lake Drive in the Meadow Brook Corporate Park, facing U.S. Highway 280.
The building with its distinctive blue metal hipped roof and blue-tinted glazing was built in 1996. PWBA Architects designed the building for Aliant Bank and Brice Building Company constructed it. Aliant Bank was acquired by USAmeriBank of Clearwater, Florida in 2010 and re-branded under that name in 2015. It was acquired, in turn, by Valley National Bank of Wayne, New Jersey in 2018.
J & M Tank Lines purchased the building from Valley National Bank in 2019. The trucking company made the upper floors its headquarters offices and leased the ground floor and adjoining drive-thru banking center back to the bank.
