Giano's Italian Deli was an Italian restaurant operated by John Giangrosso.
The restaurant was originally located at 273 Lakeshore Parkway in Wildwood Centre South shopping center, but was forced to relocate when the western section of that center was set for demolition. He moved briefly to 1919 Kentucky Avenue in the Vestavia Hills City Center before closing the business.
