Willie Mays Hamburgers, also called Say Hey Willie Mays' was a fast food restaurant at 1701 5th Avenue North in downtown Birmingham.

It was opened on June 23, 1969 by Ashby Gholson in partnership with Birmingham native and San Francisco Giants star Willie Mays.

The restaurant, managed by Renard McMillian, served hamburgers and fried chicken. The elevated sign was built in the shape of a baseball glove.
