Mike Raita is a former television sports anchor.

Raita graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.

He began his Birmingham television career in 1989 at WBRC 6, and also began a 28-year tenure as the broadcast voice of the Birmingham Barons.

In 1996 he moved to the newly-launched WCFT ABC 33/40. In May 2010, Raita took a break from on-air duties while he battled cancer. He returned on July 12 of that year and hosted "The Zone" sports talk program which began on WCFT and moved to sister station WABM 68. Raita was let go in January 2017.

Raita was inducted into the Birmingham Barons Hall of Fame in 2018.
