The Cleveland Church of God is a Church of God congregation located on Alabama Highway 79 near the community of Cleveland in Blount County. Don Edwards is pastor of the church, which has about 75 members.
In 2007 a remodeling project brought new pews, carpet and sound equipment.
On January 15, 2008 the church was damaged by a fire caused by combustible material being placed too close to a heating element.
