Cindy Cason (born c. 1960) is a former Homewood City Schools' director of student services and a former princpal of Homewood Middle School
Biography
Before working the Homewood school system, Cason was a teacher at Hoover City Schools' Simmons Middle School. She left Simmons to become assistant principal of Shelby County Schools' Vincent Elementary School. Following that, she became assistant principal of instruction at Homewood High School before getting the nod as principal of Homewood Middle School in 1998. After three years in that position, she applied for and was approved to replace the retiring Julia Alice Rice as Homewood's director of student services.
