The Sailmaker Restaurant was a theme restaurant located at 1041 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills. The menu featured steaks and seafood, as well as a 21-item salad bar. Servers wore costumes and included in-character performances among their duties.
The restaurant was part of a chain that had at least one other location in Nashville, Tennessee.
