Mayor of Adamsville is the elected leader of the Jefferson County city of Adamsville, which was incoprorated in 1901.
2008-2012
Pam Palmer avoided a runoff by garnering 55% of the vote in the August 26 municipal elections to replace the retiring Terry Loggins. Stephen Adams (235 votes) finished second in the race. Johnny Click and Terrell Guy also ran.
