Eddie Vines is a district court judge at the Bessemer courthouse. He was appointed in 2008 by Governor Bob Riley to succeed the retiring Ralph Coleman, Jr.

Vines is a graduate of Samford University and the Birmingham School of Law. He has practiced as an attorney and served as an assistant circuit clerk, assistant tax collector and deputy probate judge.
