The Moody Annex, constructed in 1902, is a building located at 6395 U. S. Highway 11 in the Springville Historic District in downtown Springville.
Most recently the building has been used as a storage area for the adjacent Crown Binder and Cover company.
On May 13, 2009 the roof of the building collapsed after a morning of heavy rains. No one was injured.
