Greg Hays (born 1954) is an employee of Tarrant Hydraulics and a woodcarver. He produces the Ol' Ralphies line of hand-carved fishing lures and authored the book Basic Fishing Lure Carving, with photographs by his wife, Debbie.
Hays taught himself to carve, beginning in 1994. He joined the Tannehill Woodcarving Club a few years later and, in 2004 started carving fishing lures. The success of the lures prompted him to change the name of his shop from "The Whittler Shop" to Ol' Ralphies Lures and Crafts.
