The O.Jay Fence Company ,located at 1801 Pinson Street in Tarrant is a fencing contractor founded in 1979 by Pizitz Middle School science teacher Jay Owens and his wife Yolanda.

The company currently employs 12 and installs fences all over the Birmingham Metropolitan Area.
