Mayor of Center Point is the elected head of Center Point's city government. The position was established in 2002, shorty after the city incorporated. Center Point's mayors serve four-year terms. The mayor's office is located at Center Point City Hall.

Center Point's mayor is Tom Henderson, still serving as Center Point's first mayor since being elected on April 23, 2002. He was re-elected in 2004. In 2008, Henderson defeated challenger Frederick Burkes with 86% of the vote.
