Erskine C. Brown is a lobbyist and chair of the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority. He previously served on the Birmingham Housing Authority, with a one year term as chairman in 1998-99, and was also president of the West End Manor neighborhood. Prior to retiring he was a public health inspector for Jefferson County.
