The Ruben Studdard Celebration Weekend is an annual fitness event benefitting the Ruben Studdard Foundation". Studdard announced the event during ground breaking ceremonies for The Marketplace in January 2011.

The inaugural event, which will include full and half marathons, a marathon relay and a 5K, is scheduled for November 1820, 2011. A "Fitness Festival Challenge" will be presented by Iron Tribe during the festival.

The event, which is set to coincide with the "Ruben Studdard Celebration Weekend" in the fall, will benefit Studdard's Foundation for the Advancement of Children in the Music Arts".
