Mountain Brook Plaza (sometimes called Mountain Brook Plaza 280) is an L-shaped, 23,000-square-foot strip mall located at 2737 U. S. Highway 280 in Mountain Brook. A back road also provides access from Cahaba Road. Built in 2002 on the former site of Rossi's, the building was designed by Designform.
