MedjetAssist is a mutual-benefit organization which provides air ambulance services to its members. The company contracts with service providers around the world to transport members on medically-equipped aircraft from hospital to hospital.
The company was founded in 1991 and purchased in 1998 by Birmingham investors Harold Ripps and Wally Nall. Roy Berger is president.
