Spats Restaurant and Lounge was a Roaring Twenties-themed restaurant and lounge located in the Green Springs Shopping Center. The menu featured ribs and burgers, marinated chicken, steaks, and shrimp. Sides included "Shirley's Curls" onion rings, beer-battered fried mushrooms. A popcorn machine in the lobby area provided snacks for those waiting for tables.
