Open Door Café was a restaurant located at 1115 Dunston Avenue in the Shops at Crestline Park, by the intersection of Hagood Street in Crestline. The menu featured creole dishes and was highlighted by a Sunday jazz brunch. The restaurant also featured live music on weekend evenings. The restaurant's tables were made from old doors.

The restaurant went through at least one management change, and suffered the death of owner Robert Hawkins, before closing in 2010.
