Swinbrooke is a residence at Stratford Road, overlooking Key Circle, which was constructed for John and Louise Beard in 2012. The brick and limestone house was designed by Jeff Dungan of Dungan Nequette Architects and was inspired by English Tudor-style abbeys. It was built by BRBC, LLC.
