Black Jacket Symphony is a band founded by J. Willoughby in 2009. The band recreates note-for-note classic rock albums as well as the featured band's greatest hits. Willoughy produces the performances, and the musicians in the band changes depending upon which band and album is being featured.

Albums and artists which have been covered by Black Jacket Symphony include Bruce Springsteen's Born to Run, The Who's Who's Next, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, the Rolling Stones' Let It Bleed, The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Elton John's Madman Across the Water, Led Zeppelin's IV, and Prince's Purple Rain, among many others.
