The 2014 Alabaster plane crash was a non-fatal aviation accident that occurred in a backyard at 911 10th Street SW in Alabaster on the afternoon of January 1, 2014.
The plane reportedly left from the Bessemer Airport and crashed through trees before settling in Lee McBride's back yard. The pilot was injured, but expected to recover.
