The Kenzie Apartment Homes, formerly River Place on the Cahaba, is a 213-unit apartment complex at 4501 Old Caldwell Mill Road near the intersection of I-459 and U.S. Highway 280 and near the banks of the Cahaba River.
The complex was constructed in 1974.
In 2015 Trinity Property Consultants acquired the complex for $14.7 million. In 2019 the complex was sold to Saxony Capital Management of Dallas, Texas for $21 million. They hired Willow Bridge of Dallas, Texas as their management company.
