The Bob Sykes BBQ & Blues Festival is an annual music festival sponsored by Bob Sykes Bar-B-Q.

The first event was held in 2010 at Tannehill Ironworks Historical State Park and attracted about 4,000 visitors. Since 2011 the event has been held at DeBardeleben Park in downtown Bessemer.

In 2014 Bessemer artist Thornton Dial was honored with a Key to the City and a proclamation of "Thornton Dial Day" during the event.

In 2023 the April 29 event benefitted Clay House Children's Center. Performers included Aretta Woodruff, Dynasty, Hermon Hitson & the Music Maker Revue, Big Al & the Heavyweights, Geminii Dragon, Stacy Mitchhart, Jose Ramirez, and Kat Riggins.
