Apostolic Overcoming Holy Church of God is an Alabama-based Christian denomination that was founded by African Americans and teaches a Oneness Pentecostal theology. It was founded in Mobile in 1916 by W.T. Phillips as the Ethiopian Overcoming Holy Church of God. The name was changed in 1941 in recognition that God's message was to all people.

Depending on the residence of its senior bishop and other church leaders the headquarters of the denomination has sometimes been in Mobile and other times in Birmingham. The Cathedral of the Cross in Center Point was purchased in 2011 to be the denomination's headquarters which moved to this site from the AOH Cathedral downtown, which was itself the successor to 17th Street Apostolic Overcoming Holy Church of God.
