University House is a 496-bed housing complex for UAB students developed by Atlanta's University Partners. It is located at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue South and 14th Street in Birmingham's Midtown district.
Niles Bolton Associates of Atlanta was the design architect. Ground was broken by contractor Wood Partners in early May 2006. The complex opened in August 2007.
The apartments are offered in one, two and four bedroom units with individual laundry rooms and utilities included. Other amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, and clubhouse.
By 2023 the name of the complex had changed to Alight Birmingham.
