Claude H. Estes III is a real estate broker.

In 1996 Estes' real estate license was revoked by the Alabama Real Estate Commission for commingling and shortage of funds held in trust. His license was reinstated after payment of a $500 fine and completion of a three-hour course on trust accounts.

In 2005 Estes was one of the landowners who sued the Jefferson County Tax Collector for keeping profits from the auction of tax-delinquent properties in excess of taxes owed.

His son, Claude Estes IV, is a CPA and president of Tech Providers.
