Crestwood Pharmacy & Soda Fountain is a compounding pharmacy and soda counter located in the Shoppes of Crestwood at 5502 Crestwood Boulevard. The business, owned by Taylor Trammel and Tyler Shadix opened on August 1, 2017.
The pharmacy specializes in non-hazardous, non-sterile custom compounding, but also offers full-service and free delivery in Crestwood. The store sells over-the-counter medications as well as vitamins and supplements.
