The 1991 City Stages was the 3rd annual edition of "Birmingham's World-Class Music Festival", held June 14-16, 1991. 160 acts performed on 9 stages. The daily ticket price increased to $5 and the weekend pass to $9. The attendance was estimated at 150,000.
On Saturday, Debra Capps and David Kilgore of Sumiton were wedded at the fountain in Linn Park.
