Incumbent?
- I've always seen the word "incumbent" used when the current office-holder is running for re-election. In Vestavia Hills' case, the incumbent would be Scotty McCallum, if he were running for re-election. Zaragoza should be "mayor-elect" or something to that effect. --Wheresdib 14:50, 17 July 2008 (PDT)
