Tyler Layton (born May 6, 1968) is a stage and television actor.
Layton, daughter of Alabama Crimson Tide color analyst Doug Layton, participated in stage productions at Vestavia Hills High School. She earned her bachelor of arts at the University of Alabama in 1991 and joined the Actors Equity, landing roles in Chicago, Illinois and Los Angeles, California and becoming a member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
Layton portrayed Detective Holly Rawlins in the USA Network series "Silk Stalkings" from 1995 to 1996. She completed a Master of Fine Arts at the University of California-Irvine and currently teaches at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida.
