2320 Highland Avenue is a two-story, 20,000 square-foot office building built in 1987 at 2320 Highland Avenue, across from the former John Carroll Catholic High School site (now Highland Crescent). The building's site slopes steeply down to 26th Alley South, allowing for covered parking below ground level.

The "E"-shaped structure, with arms facing Highland Avenue, is clad with painted siding and a hipped roof on the wings and a gable on the central bay. The building was offered for sale in 2010 for $1.75 million. In 2017 it was purchased by attorney Arthur Edge.
