Carlile's Barbecue is a barbecue restaurant located at 3511 6th Avenue South in Birmingham. It was founded in 1945 by two brothers named Carlile and was known for a while as Carlile Brothers Barbecue. It has been owned for the last few decades by the Evans family. Vickie Evans Fuller is the current proprieter.
