Riverchase Landing Apartments is an apartment complex located at 200 River Haven Circle in Hoover's Riverchase subdivision. Its apartment units range from 1,070 to 1,900 square feet.

On March 23, 2012 a small fire damaged one unit at the complex and caused smoke damage to 18 others.

In October 2015 the complex was sold for $35.6 million to TVO North America of El Paso, Texas.

In June 2021 a large fire damaged 20 units.
