The Brookwood, formerly The Mayfair, is an apartment complex located at 3450 Manor Drive, off Independence Drive (U.S. Highway 31) in Homewood.

The apartments, which formerly featured prominent mansard-style roofs, were renovated in 2016 when the complex was rebranded as The Brookwood.

In 2021 the complex was purchased from Resource REIT of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by LMS Investments for $33.98 million.
