The canoe polo competition at the 2022 World Games took place from July 14 to July 17 in the natatorium at the Birmingham CrossPlex. Canoe polo has been an event since the 2005 World Games in Duisburg, Germany, and the Birmingham edition marked the fifth time canoe polo was included as a regular event at the World Games.
