Immaculate Conception Catholic Church was the initial name of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church an African American Roman Catholic church. When the church was located at 1630–1632 6th Avenue South, now the site of Children's Hospital it was called Immaculate Conception. The Immaculate Conception School operated adjacent to the church at 516 17th Street South. After the neighboring Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church burned in 1948, its congregation moved to Homewood. Our Lady of Sorrows's former building was rebuilt and dedicated to Our Lady of Fatima. When the congregation relocated from Southside to Titusville it retained the name Our Lady of Fatima.
