Canopy at Oak Mountain is a $60 million mixed-use project being developed by GenRev Properties and Welden-Field on a 40-acre site along Oak Mountain Park Road south of Cahaba Valley Road and west of I-65 in Pelham.

The development includes the 234-unit Canopy Park Apartments and The Shops at Canopy retail center, with 25,000 square feet of tenant space, including a location for Mountain High Outfitters in a renovated former log cabin showroom. A hotel at the development is also planned.
