The Mayor of Lipscomb is the chief executive of the city of Lipscomb in Jefferson County. It is an elected position with a four-year term.

- Gaston Randle, July 27, 2007-October 12, 2007, assumed office of Mayor Pro Tempore after Speights' resignation
- Deborah Miller, October 12, 2007-2008, appointed by Governor Bob Riley to fill Speights' unexpired term.
