Eleventh Place South (formerly St Charles Street) is a north-south street between 11th and 12th Street South in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood.

The residential section between 16th and 18th Avenue South was developed in concert with the adjacent Glen Iris Park in the 1890s and 1900s, but with smaller lots and without the amenities and restrictions placed on development in the gated subdivision.

Homewood's St Charles Street is aligned with 11th Place South on the south side of Red Mountain.
