The O.Jay Fence Company is a fencing contractor founded in 1979 by Pizitz Middle School science teacher Jay Owens and his wife Yolanda. Their son Rahman Owens is the current president.

The company, located at 1801 Pinson Street in Tarrant, installs fences all over the Birmingham Metropolitan Area. In 2006 it employed 12 people.
