CardioVascular Associates P.C. is a clinical practice founded by cardiologist John Burrett in 1946. The practice now represents a network of 32 cardiologists practicing at 12 locations in the Birmingham area.

In 2011 the group announced plans to consolidate its practice at a $21 million facility near The Colonnade.
