Patriot Midtown Park (formerly the SouthTrust Operations Center, Wachovia Operations Center and Wells Fargo Operations Center is a three-building, 590,000 square-foot office park located at 200, 210 and 220 Wildwood Parkway, north of the Wildwood North shopping center and just west of I-65 in Homewood.
Buildings and tenants
- 200: The 3-story, 210,771 square-foot 200 building was constructed in 1995.
- Children's of Alabama outpatient behavioral health services (2019–)
- Coca-Cola Bottling Co. United account services (2022–)
- 210: The 6-story, 199,164 square-foot 210 building was constructed in 1997.
- 220: The 3-story, 180,856 square-foot 220 building was constructed in 2002.
