The Third Avenue Food Court is a food truck lot developed in 2022 by attorney Eric Guster at a former Waffle House at 1104 3rd Avenue North, just east of I-65 in Fountain Heights.

The lot is open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM for lunch.
