Ama Shambulia

Ama "Ifágbàmílà" Shambulia is a chef, educator and consultant specializing in natural whole foods. Her adopted Yorùbá nickname, "Ifágbàmílà", translates as "Ifá delivered me," in reference to Ifá, a deity associated with wisdom and intellect.

Shambulia has worked as program manager for the WE Community Garden where she developed a successful outreach and apprenticeship programs. Based on that experience, she joined the culinary advisory board of the Jones Valley Teaching Farm.

Shambulia offers cooking, coaching and consulting services through her A Beautiful Life Enterprises company.
